Goal Setters is a 9-month private and confidential coaching for today's modern leader.

In this post pandemic world, a lot is changing about how we work. But one thing that is not changing, whether you are self-employed or working for a Fortune 500 Company, is the expectation you deliver results. And if you are like me, you WANT to deliver exceptional results.

But let's face it, the stress of keeping up with your own performance while driving results through others is something only people who have done it can truly understand.

As a neutral party (whose served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Wellness Officer) I can be a sounding board for you to bounce ideas off of, problem solve how to navigate difficult personalities or situations, and together, we can identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Because of my 20+ years in business driving sales and performance, I can be your secret weapon!

What’s Included

  • Two 30 minute intake assessments to establish goals and needs;

  • 18 hours of individual, private coaching; (you determine if we meet meet weekly for 30 minutes, every other week for 1 hour, or some other variation)

  • Two 30 minute check-in assessments at the end of the first 90 days and again at the end of the first 6 months

  • Nine 1 hour group coaching on leadership best practices with other leaders

  • One 30 minute final assessment at the end of the program

  • Unlimited email support
