Fun is where it all starts. I promise, you can live a life where you’re an excellent parent who also prioritizes their own well being, wants and needs. I know it from personal experience…

In addition to my coaching practice, I tour with my folk-rock duo The Ormewoods, chases after two teenagers, rangle two rescue dogs, volunteer with women organizations, and serves as part-time owner of Bennett's Market & Deli in East Atlanta.
